Un cliente escanea tu código, deja propina desde su teléfono, y ese dinero llega a tu cuenta bancaria — no a la nómina del restaurante. Tú decides cuándo retirarlo, sin comisión.
Para quien atiende
Meseros, meseras, bartenders, hosts y valet. Necesitas el código de invitación de tu restaurante y una cuenta bancaria a tu nombre.
Para el restaurante
Tu equipo cobra propinas sin efectivo y sin que tú tengas que repartirlas. Escríbenos y te damos de alta.
Cómo funciona el dinero, en tres líneas.
- La cuota del servicio la cubre el cliente, así que la propina te llega completa.
- Retirar no cuesta nada, y normalmente se acredita el siguiente día hábil.
- Retenemos el 10% de cada propina 7 días por si hay un contracargo; se libera solo.

Mana lets a restaurant guest leave a tip from their phone, and sends that money to the server's own bank account rather than through the restaurant's payroll. The guest covers the service fee, so the server receives the tip in full; withdrawals are free and normally settle the next business day.
